The TasPride Summer Festival is Tasmania's premier LGBTIQ cultural festival.
Held between the 29th January- 28th February 2027, events include the Flag Raising Ceremony,
Pride Parade, Fair Day and various other events put on by other community groups and organisations.

There's a variety of ways to get involved and help make the 2027 TasPride Summer Festival the best yet.
REGISTER your community group or organisation into the pride parade
If your community group or organisation would like to walk / dance / swagger / march in the 2025 Pride Parade through the streets of Hobart as a group register by filling out this form. Registration is required for logistical reasons. Your registration helps us figure out the order of entrants, how many marshals we need, how long the roads may need to be blocked, give a more accurate account of participant numbers & helps us to effectively liaise with council and emergency services.

Express your interest in being a stall holder or vendor at our annual Party In The Park at the conclusion of the Pride Parade parade. LGBTIQ+ & allied Community groups & organisations, supportive businesses & services, political organisations, makers, designers & craftsfolk, and of course food & beverage vendors are encouraged to apply by 5pm 24th January 2025.
Become a festival volunteer
Be part of the team who help make TasPride Festival events possible. Volunteer opportunities vary and include rolls such as Parade Marshal, Photographer, Fair Day Bump In & Out Helper, Festival Guide Distributor and more.

Working It Out SMALL COmmunity Grants
If your community group has a great idea for a festival event but need a hand with funding, you may be eligible for a TasGov LGBTIQA+ Small Community Grant.
