Figure It Out
Deciding who, what and how we are is a complex process. Are we
ideas, bodies, statistics, humans, animals, labels, numbers or
definitions? Are we all of these things or none of them? Can we
ever really know? And is the journey more important than the destination?
The
2009 Artfully Queer Exhibition invites artists to explore these
questions and exhibit their work. Maybe you can help us all Figure It Out. More
Wear It Out
Continuing with the tradition of collectively creating a rainbow,
we're also inviting anyone to show their artistic flair. To join in you’ll
need to get your hands on a white T-shirt in your size and decorate it primarily
in any one of the six rainbow colours (red, orange, yellow, green, blue and
purple/violet). Remember you can get all your family members and friends involved
in this one too. More
