Exploring Gender & Sexual Diversity tour with Tasmania’s great ANZAC collaboration, New Zealand born Mani Bruce Mitchell and Tasmania’s Sharon Jones. With great partnerships formed to support a two week road trip in Tasmania. Mani & Sharon both grew up in rural communities, both work as Educator/Counsellors, both value storytelling in their work, and are united in their passion to create positive change. Mani and Sharon seek a world that values and enjoys ALL who are different and that seeks to honor diversity in all its forms. Mani and Sharon invite us to explore what connects us rather than what divides us as a society. This is an information, sharing and discussion session facilitated by: Sharon Jones (Australia) First professional female shearer in Australia, farmer, CORES board member, counsellor, educator, media personality & winner of the 2010 Red Herring Surf Social Inclusion award for her work with the LGBTI community.
